For people selling their stuff

Selling something?
Give buyers a clear condition report.

You don’t have to figure out what to document. Pruve it walks you through questions and photo guidance tailored to your item, then turns your answers into a condition report to share alongside your listing.

For bikes, cameras, clothing, tools, and more.

  • Answer once. Share again.

Put the details in one report and share the link alongside your listings or in buyer conversations.

  • Give buyers a head start.

Let them review condition, photos, and included extras before asking follow-up questions.

  • Keep a record of what you shared.

Dated published versions give you a reference if questions or disagreements arise later.

what comes next.

Want to try Pruve it with something you’re selling? Request a place in our private beta.

We’ll store these details, send a request confirmation, and contact you about beta access. This does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list. Read our privacy notice.

Requests are reviewed. Submitting one doesn’t create an account or guarantee an invitation.

Does this replace my marketplace listing?

No. Keep your listing wherever you sell. Pruve it creates a separate condition report you can share alongside it, giving interested buyers a place to review the details.

Does Pruve it inspect or certify my item?

No. You provide and review the photos, observations, and answers. Pruve it organizes them into a report; it does not independently inspect, authenticate, certify, or guarantee your item.

Who needs an account?

Sellers need an invited account to save privately and publish during the beta. Buyers can open shared published reports without an account.

Can I update or stop sharing a report?

Yes. Private edits stay private until you publish an update. Earlier published versions remain accessible, so buyers can see what changed. Withdrawing the report blocks public access to all published versions.
